Testimonial for leather steering wheel restoration done by 'Peter' today, 10/26/12.
Kudos to Peter at Leather and Vinyl MD for transforming a rotted leather wrapped steering wheel on my 96 Ford Bronco into something that looks pretty close to show-room new.
I first contacted your company about a week ago after finding you in a Google search for leather repair in Raleigh. After a few Question & Answer emails with your office, we scheduled a visit for today.
Peter arrived at the house right on time, and after a quick look at the condition of the leather, he explained exactly what he was going to do, and exactly what I could expect from the finished product. When I told him that I had been using original formula Armor All to clean and protect the leather, he recommended that I switch to something else . Something actually designed to clean and protect leather (LOL).
The job was done well within the estimated 90 minutes, and the Bronco now has a steering wheel that people arent afraid to touch for fear of contracting some exotic disease! Seriously, it looks great.

I requested a quote for my leather seats in my leased car which were damaged due to rain from an open sunroof. The leather was tough and noticeably different than the rest of the seat. They sent someone out to give me a quote and he arrived promptly within the 2 hr time slot. He told me that there's not a lot you can do to fix it (not surprised) but gave me rough quotes for what it would cost to get the leather replaced on the seats. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I got exactly what I was looking for. Great company!

After living with a faded cracked leather couch
After living with a faded cracked leather couch for several years, I finally decided to contact Leather and Vinyl MD. Our 15 yo leather sectional has a new lease on life! Service was fast and I wish I hadn't waited so long to give them a call.

Comments: Seldom do I write testimonials but in this case it is more than warranted. We have a beautiful 7 peice creme coloured leather sectional that was showing its age. Replace it, or was there an alternative? Fortunately we became aware of Leather and Vinyl MD and contacted them over the weekend via their Web site. We promptly heard back from them the next business day. This decision to use their service was one of our best ever. Mark, our service agent arrived right on time and professionaly went about the restoration process. This process included a deep cleaning, a repair of a worn spot, redyeing and conditioning of the entire suite. During the entire process Mark took the time to ensure drop cloths were down and everything else protected.
When all was done both my wife and I could not beleive this was the same suite of furniture we had seen earlier in the day. The damage was repaired and invisible to the naked eye, and the leather was as soft and as clean as the day we bought it - and at a fraction of the original cost of the sectional.
If you are looking for value, as well as a practical alternative to replacing your leather furniture, this is it. By the way, invest in a deluxe leather cleaning kit from Leather and Vinyl MD, you'll find it more than worthwhile.

All I can say is WOW! Leather and Vinyl MD turned my 24 year old
Ekornes recliner into a brand new chair. Not only did they repair the
leather, they also changed the color AND they came to me. No hauling
the chair somewhere and then waiting six weeks to get it back. I can't
say enough good about their service. Very friendly staff and very

Had them come out to my house,and repair the front two seats in a used BMW I bought for my daughter recently.Met Peter,a really nice guy,and very professional.The car had leather seats that had seen better days.When the repair was done I was amazed at how well,and how fast it was all done.I would highly recommend this company, and use them again without question...THANKS PETER.......

I happened upon these folks online while searching for a solution to recolor/redye my leather sofas. I hated the thought of spending thousands of dollars for new leather sofas when all I really needed was some way of refinishing my existing ones. We set up an in-home appointment. The courteous gentleman arrived promptly on time. He provided an extremely reasonable quote to refinish/restain the leather and completed the work to our satisfaction within 2 hours! I would HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone who is looking to bring new life to their old, worn down leather furniture. Mine looks better than new! By the way, they also do work on leather seating in cars. Best of all, they provided a comprehensive warranty on their work. You can't ask for better than that! I will definitely use them again and send all my friends to them.
