Anne is the founder and CEO of Leather and Vinyl MD. She is also the web designer and marketing specialist as well as the final policy maker.

When she started this company the industry norm for leather and vinyl restoration was no guarantee at all or rarely 30 days. This didn't seem fair. If  she was in the  customer's position,  she would expect more. So she made the warranty one (1 ) YEAR, because,  Like  her  daughter, Jeannie, She really cares about customer satisfaction.
